Come and learn how to preserve your food by making a pickle or chow-chow, or by making jam just like your mother or grandmother use to do. The art of food preserving once common with the older generation is making a comeback in these tough economic times. Suitable for vegetarians.
**Please bring two glass jars (about 450ml) with metal lids along with you, to take home your own chow-chow (vegetable chutney)**
