Brilliant bumblebees
House of Science's South Auckland branch is excited to bring you an engaging, educational science session about bumblebees! Come and learn about these fascinating and important pollinators.
You'll get to examine different types of bumblebees, observe them safely in a live bumblebee hive, learn about their lifecycle and learn about their unique characteristics. You'll be buzzing with excitement and knowledge.
This is a free drop-in session for children of all ages. Parents and caregivers should attend with their children. No bookings are required.
Drop in session will be held in the Logan Campbell building, near the edible garden.
