Celebrate our Tangled Roots exhibition with this outdoor activity! Join us for a peaceful and grounding Walking Meditation session amidst the natural beauty of the Auckland Botanic Gardens.

Facilitated by a long-time retreat resident from the Coromandel with 8 years' experience offering mindful walking practices, this session invites you to slow your pace and deepen your connection with the present moment.

What to Expect:

  • Welcoming circle
  • Gentle stretching to relax the body
  • Silent, mindful walking
  • Closing circle with shared reflections

The session runs for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Meet at the Visitors Centre.
