Kererū explorer - fun and craft
Have fun learning about our iconic native wood pigeon, the kererū. Play a game to discover the role they play in helping our forests to grow and learn how to identify some of their favourite foods. You’ll be able to pick up a Kererū Quiz to complete in the Potter Children’s Garden and make your own paper kererū to take home.
Drop in to our Huakaiwaka visitor centre any time between 10am-noon.
Suitable for ages 4+. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
